Questions are customised according to the user's career status.

For example, school leavers are asked:

"What was your favourite subject in school and why?"

whereas recent graduates are asked:

"Why did you decide to go to university, and was it worth it?"

Hints and sample answers

All questions for each type of user have sample answers and hints which explain what the question is getting at, and what users should and shouldn't say.

Sample answers can be edited and printed.

Voice recording

Users can practice answering questions by recording their voice.

Interviews and recordings are saved so that users can discuss their performance with a friend, colleague or coach.

A clock helps users judge how long to speak when giving answers in interviews.

Question lists

All our Top 25 questions are provided as pdf files (in the Guides folder) so that users (and teachers and coaches) can print them out.
