We check everything we include on our websites and within Career Organiser for accuracy. However, since factual content can change very quickly, we do not accept repsonsibility for any errors.

very charges
We do not make separate delivery charges for any of our programmes. Downloadable products are delivered via the internet at no cost, and even our trial CD-ROM is sent to you completely free of delivery charges.
VAT
Our payment partners (PayPal and Share It) will charge VAT at the point of sale. Where VAT is applicable it will be clearly shown on the final order page of the relevant website before payment is taken from your credit or debit card.

Payment of invoices
We allow credit terms of 30 days to organisations such as schools, colleges, universities and government agencies or departments, so long as we receive an official order.
Terms are strictly 30 days net from the invoice date, E & OE. Invoices not settled within the thirty day period will be subject to a 5% surcharge payable immediately in addition to the invoice total.
We reserve the right to block the operation of our programme on computers owned by organisations which do not pay invoices on time.
Title
You will not own the copies of the programmes you have ordered from us until such time as you have paid for them.
Your right to cancel your order
The Distance Selling Regulations allow you to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving goods.
However, we provide a free 7 day trial so you can check that Career Organiser is suitable for your needs. We encourage everyone to take advantage of this free trial to save time and effort in making returns or cancelling orders.

Prices
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.
However, we will notify you of any changes to prices before an order is fulfilled and allow you the opportunity to cancel your order. Orders made via PayPal or Share It always have the latest prices, and the price you see on the final order pages of their websites will always be the price you will pay.

We make every possible effort to ensure that our programmes and websites are free from viruses, and use sophisticated software to ensure that our websites and CD-ROMs are free from harmful software.
However, we do not accept responsibility for any damage to your computer equipment as a result of using our website or our computer software.
