Our programmes are tested carefully and thoroughly before we release them, and we update them regularly. 
 
Updates for Career Organiser are provided free according to the version you buy. But updates to basic features such as the dictionary, job applications' editor and the toolbar are distributed free to all users.
 
 
Technical support
 
We have a detailed technical support website where we post answers to common technical difficulties, and where you can report technical problems. Please try to give us as much information as you can about any technical problem you are experiencing so that we can offer you a quick solution.
